Clients remain fully responsible for compliance with applicable laws, including POPIA and credit reporting regulations.

Step one
Client onboarding
Authorised clients sign up and confirm that they have the legal authority to submit information on behalf of their body corporate ,HOA or rentals.
During onboarding, clients acknowledge that:

They are responsible for legal compliance

All information submitted is accurate and authorised
Step two
Upload & verification
Clients upload:

Debtor details
-
Levy or arrears information
-
Supporting documentation
OnTime securely stores this information and prepares it for submission based on client instruction.


Step three
Client confirmation
Before any submission:

The client confirms that required notices and resolutions have been issued

The client authorises OnTime to proceed
OnTime does not independently verify legal compliance or debt validity.
Step four
Submission to third parties
Once authorised, OnTime submits the information to relevant third parties, such as credit bureaus, as a technical intermediary only.
All submissions remain the responsibility of the client.
